Description of Service
Html2pdfapi is a SaaS (Software as a Service) API that converts HTML to PDF. We offer various plans, including monthly and annual subscriptions, with different features and usage limits.
User Accounts
To use Html2pdfapi, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Service Plans and Billing
- We offer various service plans, including a free plan and paid plans with different usage limits.
- Paid plans are billed either monthly or annually, as per your selection.
- Billing is handled through our payment processor, Paddle.
Use of the Service
- You may use our Service only as permitted by law and these Terms.
- You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so.
Data Storage and Retention
- Generated PDFs are stored temporarily in our S3 bucket for 7 days, unless you provide your own S3 storage.
- We store logs of PDF generation but not the payload used for generation.
Intellectual Property
- The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bakney srl and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
- Users retain all rights to their content processed through our Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bakney srl, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
